What we collect

Searches. When you search a ZIP code, town or address, your browser sends it to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to find the location. We don't store your searches. Your search may appear in your browser's address bar so you can share the result.

Email alerts. If you sign up for alerts, we store your email address, ZIP code and the date, only to email you about data center projects and hearings near you. We don't sell or share this list. To be removed, reply to any alert email or contact us.

Basic visit statistics. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.

Advertising and cookies

This site uses Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

Map services

The map loads images from OpenStreetMap and, as a backup, Esri. These services receive your IP address when map images load, as with any website.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
